Ask not what the country can do for you, ask what you can do for your country— John F. Kennedy.

Hari Raya Aidilfitri (Eid al-Fitr) is a time of forgiveness, and love, and also relationship building.

For Malaysians, this year of Hari Raya is very special, for it is the first ever festive season after the historic 509 General Election, which saw that the people of Malaysia booted out the long serving government and elected a new one, Pakatan Harapan ( the coalition of Hope).

You can’t miss the smell of Hope while you were walking around the Ramadan Bazaar.

We also have Tabung Harapan Malaysia, a trust fund contributed by ordinary Malaysians in order to reduce the national debt, which stood at RM 1 trillion, or 80% of the National GDP last time we checked. As of last Thursday, the fund has collected RM 66.66 million. Malaysians aren’t rich, but we are patriotic millionaires.

So here at kindlemalaysia.com, we also aim to do our part in reducing national debts, here’s our deal:

Starting from 19/6/2018, For every kindle– regardless of the model– that you buy, we will donate RM5 to Tabung Harapan. We will do this until 31/8/2018, the national day.

After the national day, we might still continue with the donation, depending on the feedback we receive.

Not only that, we also invite our customer to join; you can choose to match our contribution by selecting the “Contributing to Tabung Harapan RM 5” when you purchase a kindle.

We will report the amount of the joint-contribution to Tabung Harapan at every month of Kindle Fan Gathering. It’s more blessed to give than to receive ( Acts 20:35), come to our gathering to witness the joy of your blessing!
