- [特别狠心特别爱--犹太虎妈的教育](https://kindlemalaysia.com/特别狠心特别爱-另类虎妈的教育/) - 身为两个女儿的爸爸，读完了犹太裔女子沙拉的两本书，《特别狠心特别爱》和《特别狠心特别爱2：赢在家风》，心中的感动久久散之不去。 对沙拉来说，要怎么教育孩子呢? 第一：延迟满足 身处在这个丰衣足食的时代，很多孩子都被宠坏惯了。相对于我们父辈的那一带，现代人的物质生活无疑丰富许多：只有额外超胖的孩子，没有挨饿的孩子；在城市里，几乎也不存在着没钱买不起新衣的家庭。做父母的更是省吃俭用，要给孩子最好的。君不见小学生也几乎每人智能手机一架。 孩子在童年时候被提前满足和超量满足，踏入社会之后就会发现外面世界没有那么美好。时代进步，竞争激烈，有谁会在乎你的感受？所以很多妈宝踏入了社会觉得社会残酷，因为他们要的东西，没有人会即刻双手奉献上来给他们。要什么，就得自己去争取！而且也未必争取得到，没有东西是理所当然的。这是许多孩子是一个巨大的文化冲击，很多人都因此无法适应。做父母的，是要模拟困苦环境，尽量的、适当的延迟满足孩子的要求，还是溺爱他们。决定了孩子的未来发展前路。 第二：不做孩奴 听过直升机父母这个词吗？直升机父母意指整天守护孩子、盘旋在孩子头上的父母。孩子一有少许伤风感冒就送他进急诊室、在学校被老师责怪几句就兴师问罪、孩子和其他孩子起冲突就迫不及待的维护自己的孩子。。这些都是直升机父母的特征。 在他们的世界里，孩子就是他们的一切。他们要满足孩子的一切需要，把孩子当做手心上的宝一直呵护，唯恐他们融化掉。 可以这么说，直升机父母太爱孩子了，可是也太不懂得爱孩子。 在直升机父母的庇护下，孩子变成长不大的宝宝。反正无论怎样父母都会为我出头的，为什么要奋斗？所以才会出现啃老族-- 孩子都二十几三十多岁了，还是跟父母一起住，还需要父母照顾衣食住行。遇到困难还需要父母出头。 第三：把孩子当做独立个体看待 许多父母认为孩子懵懂无知，无法自主，唯恐他们因为幼小而选错行业，所以迫不及待要替孩子铺完前程道路。所以明明知道孩子对行医没有兴趣，但是因为前途无量，所以也勉强孩子去读。孩子是不能有自己的意见，也成不了一个独立的人。 天下的爱都是以结合为目标，只有父母的爱，才是以分离为目标。但是许多父母不懂这点，到了应该放手让孩子自由飞翔的时刻却还紧紧拉着他，造成许多不必要的冲突。 所以沙拉认为身为家庭的一份子，孩子不但需要分担家务，还必须参与家庭决策。从小把孩子当做一个成年人来看待，长大后放手给他走自己的道路，这样的孩子，才能真正独立成人。 第四：放手给孩子去发展,磨练逆商。 大凡成就一番事业的人，有几个是不用经历过失败挫折的？可以这么说，年幼时候受到的挫折，对孩子的成长非常有益。学校非常注重智商，现在社会也讲究情商。 但是能否成就大事，往往还取决逆商。面对逆境，一个人是奋斗向上、保持乐观的心、努力对症下药克服困难，还是怨天尤人、悲观沉沦、自我放弃，很大程度上决定他能不能成功。做事没有耐心，一遇到困难就想放弃的人，和整天都在兜兜转转寻找更绿草地的人，往往很难成功。因为要成就一番事业，你就得看得比别人远、想得比别人深、经营得比别人很狠更专，还要能为别人所不能为。不能面对失败、只是想抄捷径，能够有什么比别人更深的洞见了？前面都有一群人在以夜续日的拼命挖金，一个新手想要有一番作为，非得比他们更努力、经历更多挫折不可。 但是平时在家呼风唤雨惯了，是很难跟在别人后头，从低做起。沙拉提到许多博士生毕业出来，以为自己是哪一根葱，因为不能接受低薪，所以情愿窝在家里等待机会，结果时间就这样蹉跎了。 所以，在以色列，有很多富裕的家庭把孩子送去打工，让孩子从低做起，而不是在爸爸公司当个二世祖，主要是磨练孩子的逆商。在外面，你只是最低等的员工，所有苦和不公平，你都要逆来顺受。这么一来，孩子就知道成功原来不是理所当然的，原来失败是常态，成功反而是偶然幸运，坚持不到最后，是不能成功的。 第五：女子要“富养” 这里的“富养”不是指大量物质的供养，而是精神方面的丰富供应。 许多人对富养有误解，以为女子就要给她上最好的美容院、使用最好的衣服，追逐最好的名牌, 这样算是富养。财富如朝露转眼不知去向，你能担保你一生都大富大贵吗？如果一个人非富贵不能处的话，那万一有一天必须由奢入俭时候，应该如何？ 但是一个精神贵族不会因为环境改变了就变质。就沙拉来看，女孩不但要懂得读书、养活自己，也要懂得持家、照顾言行。一个人可以穷，但是气质犹在，谈吐依然优雅。那是一股从内心发出来的魅力,来自精神方面的富足，是外在环境所遮盖不掉的。 第六：约法三章、言出必行。 很多父母以为孩子年纪小，所以就信口开河，为了让孩子停止哭泣就胡乱许下诺言，之后还推得一干二净。 孩子受骗一次两次后，就渐渐了解到原来父母的话是未必可信的。以后父母要说服孩子就显得加倍困难了。 不但如此，不守信诺的作风给孩子带来很糟糕的榜样，让孩子误以为原来说话可以不算数的。 犹太人做生意，看中的就是契约和诚信。 一个没有诚信的人是很难获取别人的信任，也不能在现代社会立足。 第七：培养爱书的孩子，尊重学问 犹太人爱好学问是举世著名的。但是他们和华人求取学问的出发点是不一样的。 华人读书，是为了求取功名，但是犹太人求取学问，就是因为对学问的狂热。犹太人两千多年过着颠沛离就离的生活。每次逃亡的时候，什么东西都带不走，除了学问。这样的一个环境使犹太人成为非常尊重知识和拉比（老师）的民族。对犹太人来说，学者的地位还高过总统。 爱读书的孩子，视野宽阔，思想阔达。因为多读书，所以形成自己独立的思考，不容易人云亦云。也因为多读书，所以比较会分析，看到别人看不到的盲点。虽然说现在社会不再缺乏知识，缺的是智慧。但是不读书的人肚子墨水有限，思想也没有经过冲击，哪有什么智慧可言？大凡大智大慧的人如爱因斯坦等，有哪一个是不读书的？ 第八：做军师不做前锋 孩子遇到问题了，打电话要求帮助，父母应该怎么办？首先切勿在这个时候落井下石、火上加油。很多父母看到孩子出了状况，就还是唠唠叨叨不停，有些还抱怨孩子为什么当初不听老人言，最糟糕的，还在这个时候讥笑孩子。这样的言论只会把孩子推开，损坏亲子关系。 也有一些父母就迫不及待的出马，出手帮孩子解决问题。父母就是孩子的小叮当。 对沙拉而言，两者都不可取。孩子的问题要孩子自己去解决，父母只能扮演着军师的角色。路毕竟是孩子自己的，而且只有他有最完整的资讯，父母能提供自己的经验作参考，可以给孩子做分析，但是他还得背起自己的十字架。这一次你帮他解决问题，下一次呢？总有一天，如果幸运的话，你必先离他而去，到时他必须独自面对问题。授人以鱼不如授人以渔，就是这个道理。 第九：绝不在狂怒的情况下教育孩子 孩子屡教不听，一股无名火从父母心中熊熊燃烧，然后就鞭打孩子。但是，孩子最后记得的，不是他的犯错，而是你对他的体罚。他只记得他的父母打了他，而不记得他犯错在先。 要教育孩子，必须坚持和他说理。让他明白他犯错，并且犯错是有后果的。 如果让怒火遮盖了眼睛，教育孩子就功亏一篑了。 结语 我是新手爸爸，有两个女儿，一个两岁多，另外一个才五个多月大。在教女方面也开始面对挑战。孩子会故意不听父母的劝告，或者故意做一些你不允许的事情。每天放工回家很累，家里家务很多，还要面对女儿的哭闹，在这个时候要保持冷静，以正确的方式教导孩子非常不容易。 很感谢沙拉提供我不一样的思维，让我可以借镜她的经验来教孩子。谁都会生孩子，连母鸡也会，但是教育孩子却是一个终身学习的过程。每个孩子都不一样，所以技巧须不同，但是原则却一样。做父母的，要常常提醒自己，教育孩子没有捷径只有经营 ，与天下父母共勉之。
