The Kindle warranty lasts for one year, starting from the day you purchase the item, as stipulated in Amazon’s warranty policy.
If you have any issues with the device within a (1) year of your purchase, you can contact Amazon direct for problem troubleshooting. If that didn’t resolve the problem, the Amazon would replace the device as long as the warranty is still valid.
Here are the following steps one can follow in order to get a replacement in the case of product damage, provided that your device is still under warranty:
- You may contact Amazon direct for problem verification with your Amazon Account. Otherwise, you may contact Kindle Malaysia directly at support@KindleMalaysia.com or +6012465 2588.
- After the problem is verified, please send the unit to Kindle Malaysia so that we can assist you in this process. Contact email@example.com for details.
