The Kindle warranty lasts for one year, starting from the day you purchase the item, as stipulated in Amazon’s warranty policy.
If you have any issues with the device within a (1) year of your purchase, you may email us at Admin@KindleMalaysia.com or contact Amazon directly (for non-Kindle Malaysia fans) for support. If that didn’t resolve the problem, the Amazon would replace the device as long as the warranty is still valid.
Here are the following steps one can follow in order to get a replacement in the case of product damage, provided that your device is still under warranty:
- You may contact Kindle Malaysia directly at Admin@KindleMalaysia.com or +6012465 2588.
- Please send your unit along with the original box to Kindle Malaysia Shop, 2-8-13A, Indah Alam Condo, Jalan Jubli Perak 22/1, Seksyen 22, 40400 Shah Alam, Selangor.
- Upon warranty claim, replacement unit will be shipped from US and back to your door step in Malaysia within 10 working days.
For non-kindlemalaysia customers, we will still assist you entirely in this process with nominal fee of RM100 only. You may opt to bank in to our 512884073438 (Quantum Gadgets Sdn Bhd) and email the transaction slip to Admin@KindleMalaysia.com to complete your request.
